We use technologies like cookies (small files stored by your browser), web beacons, and device IDs to anonymously identify your computer or device. The technical information that we collect (such as details about a browser, operating system, IP address, or software attributes) tells us about your interactions with our content and allows us to deliver a better user experience.
We also collect information that is commercially available from data aggregators. Companies like App Annie may access non-personal information (such as your IP address or device ID) on our behalf. These companies supply us with anonymous usage and performance data. They do not collect information about individual users and are subject to relevant privacy legislation and regulations.
KIWA does not generally collect or store information such as your name, email address or phone number. We do not collect information about your precise geographic location.
KIWA only collects personal information if you voluntarily submit this information to us. You may do this by requesting products or services, asking for technical support, accessing our content through social networking sites, or through other means. We use personal information for the purposes for which it was supplied. For example, if you contact us via email, we will only use the information to respond to your request or query.
Our content is intended for sale to adults. Our apps may contain links that allow customers to access social networking sites, our website, and external stores. These links are located within gated areas (i.e. they are accessible to adults correctly answering a question, supplying a password such as an Apple ID, or through other controls) to limit the circumstances in which personal information may be volunteered.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information (e.g. if you become aware that your child has supplied personal information without your consent), please contact us so we can delete this information.

Disclosure of Information
We may make anonymous and personal information available to other parties in these limited circumstances: with your express consent; when required to do so by law; when we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to protect our rights or property; to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets. Your consent will not be required for disclosure in all of these cases, but we will attempt to notify you, to the extent we are permitted by law to do so.
